Pneumatic wine-press

The grape harvest is loaded into a stack. During the loading, a diaphragm is kept plastered against the surface of the vat thanks to a vacuum. When the grape harvest is loaded, some compressed air is injected behind the diaphragm and press the grape : the juce is extracted. The pressure is released and the vat is put in rotation in order to crumble the grape harvest. Some air is injected again, and some juce extracted. This operation is renewed several times.
